Before subscribing to any of our meal plans, please take some time to read our How It Works:

What is included in your subscription package?

Depending on which meal plan you have chosen, your subscription will include 3 jars of baby food (or 4 to 6 jars if you have chosen the toddler package) delivered to your preferred location, once a day, 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday). We have weekend packages available as well! Contact us to learn more!

If you have opted for the baby meal plan your cooler bag will include lunch and dinner for the current day and breakfast for the following day (depending on your chosen meal plan). If you have opted for the toddler meal plan, you will receive two cooler bags (one for main meals and one for snacks), all to be consumed on the same day. Please return your empty cooler bag(s) and jars each day to receive your second full cooler bag(s).

Please note that you will receive your first cooler bag 72hrs after you have chosen your little one’s meals for the week/month. When renewing your subscription, kindly do so 72hrs in advance in order to avoid disruption of service and delivery.

Daily Menu

With each cooler bag you will find a daily menu that clearly states what your little one will be having that day, as well as:

- All ingredients used to prepare the meal
- Storage Instructions -Serving Instructions
- Production and Expiry Date
- Cooler Bag Inspection and Sanitization Check Box

How to store and serve the meals

Your little one’s food will be delivered in cooler bags to ensure the required storage temperature is maintained until it reaches your doorstep. We kindly ask that you refrigerate the meals as soon as you receive them to ensure the food remains safe. To maintain the quality and freshness of your little one’s meals, follow the storage and heating in-structions mentioned on the daily menus. If you have opted for our weekend packages please refrig-erate Thursday and Friday’s meals and freeze the meals intended for Saturday. As all of our jars are glass we request that meals are transferred to child friendly plates before serv-ing. If the meals are being delivered to your little one’s nursery please pack this plate in their day bag.

What to do in case of damaged jars?

If you receive any damaged jars, please notify us immediately and do not consume the food.


Chubby Cheeks Organics prides itself in providing full disclosure of its ingredients and utilizing prop-er food preparation to avoid cross contamination, however, as all of our meals are prepared in the same kitchen there may be trace amounts of allergens found in the meals. If your little one is highly allergic to any of our ingredients where even trace amounts trigger reac-tions, we may not be the best establishment for you. If trace amounts do not trigger reactions then please do let us know of any ingredients you would like us to exclude from your little one’s menu and we will happily accommodate!

The following ingredients relevant to our menu are most known to cause allergies:

- Milk and Dairy products (lactose included)
- Celery and celery products
- Cereals containing gluten, i.e, rye, barley, oats
- Eggs and egg products
- Tree Nuts

Placing your Subscription on Hold

If you would like to place your little one’s meal plan on hold, you must give 72hrs notice in order to make the appropriate adjustments. Please note that you will have 2 months from when you placed your plan on hold to resume your subscription. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, at any point within those two months, you can transfer your remaining days to someone else. No refund will be given.

How will the deliveries work?

Our delivery team will assign delivery timings to you depending on your location. We will inform you of the chosen timing at least 48hrs prior to the first delivery. If you would like to change your delivery location or timing, please allow us 48hrs notice to evaluate the logistics of the change.


Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are to be made in advance and in full. Chubby Cheeks Organics has a no refund poli-cy. Should you decide to cancel your subscription after payment has been made, you can transfer your remaining days to someone else within 2 months of your cancellation.



Our prices and menu may also be subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice.


By subscribing to our packages, you are in agreement to Chubby Cheeks Organics’ terms and condi-tions. Any changes to our T&Cs, will be posted on our website. Should you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us using the information below.
